1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Scryda ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Scryda.

2. Description of Service

Scryda is a trading card management application that allows users to scan, identify, and track trading cards using AI-assisted image recognition. The App provides collection management, portfolio valuation, price tracking, and related tools.

Features vary by subscription tier (Free, Pro, Dealer). Tier descriptions are available in the app and subject to change with notice.

3. Unofficial Grading Disclaimer

The "Unofficial Grading" feature provides AI-generated condition estimates for entertainment and informational purposes only. These estimates:

• • Are NOT affiliated with PSA, BGS (Beckett), CGC, or any other professional grading company
• • Do NOT constitute professional opinions
• • May be inaccurate due to lighting, card orientation, image quality, or AI limitations
• • Should NOT be used as the sole basis for high-value buying or selling decisions

Scryda accepts no liability for financial decisions made based on unofficial grading estimates.

4. Pricing & Market Data

Card prices displayed in Scryda are sourced from third-party market data providers and are provided for informational purposes only. Prices may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable for some cards.

Scryda does not guarantee the accuracy of any pricing information and accepts no liability for financial decisions made based on prices shown in the App.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Pro and Dealer subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By purchasing a subscription you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout.

• • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• • To cancel, manage your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings
• • Refunds are subject to the respective app store's refund policy
• • Prices may change with 30 days' notice

6. Intellectual Property

Pokémon and all related names are trademarks of Nintendo / Creatures Inc. / GAME FREAK inc. Magic: The Gathering is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast. Yu-Gi-Oh! is a trademark of Konami. One Piece TCG is a trademark of Bandai. Disney Lorcana is a trademark of The Walt Disney Company.

Scryda is an independent application not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the above trademark holders. Scryda does not claim ownership of any card names, artworks, images, or related intellectual property — all such content belongs to their respective rights holders and is referenced solely to enable collection identification and personal tracking features.

Card data and pricing information is sourced from third-party providers including the Pokémon TCG API. Use of such data is subject to the respective provider's terms of service.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account, impersonate others, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• •Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
• •Circumvent subscription enforcement or access paid features without a valid subscription
• •Use the App to scrape, aggregate, or resell price data commercially
• •Upload illegal content or content you do not have the right to share
• •Interfere with the App's servers or security mechanisms

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scryda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will provide notice of material changes through the App or by email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway.
